Bug Description
After upgrading to Fedora 38, HPLIP doesn't recognize the printer properly and printing via USB is not possible. This problem occurred to other users as well after upgrading to Fedora 38.

It should be quite straightforward to replicate the described error.
OS: Fedora 38
Printer: HP OfficeJet Pro 9012
On a different computer with Fedora 37, everything is working as it should.
