Bug Description

According to bug #197778 is necessary to do an small improvement in the documentation, because every desklet name must start with any char from the ASCII set or with a natural number from the set {0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9}

Added it to the 0.36.1 develbook (first character in the name tag must be a letter or a number).
