Bug Description
This is a bug in place for the general Evergreen list thread on item statuses. We need to fill in information on this that I will assign myself but in the meantime, further discussion can be moved to this bug ticket.
So far this includes how it works, list of statuses, how to localize information, and what conditions causes item statuses to change.
