After successful installation I get /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcurl.so.4: version `CURL_OPENSSL_3' not found (required by ...)

Please provide the output of the following command:

apt-cache policy curl

The latest Curl 7.88.1-10~22.04.sav0 version installs and runs fine for me in my Ubuntu 22.04 test environment. Thus, I am so far unable to reproduce this issue you have reported here.
