KtextAddons is a new build and library dependency of KDE's pimcommon current new release 23.04. We currently have KDE PIM 22.12.3 in mantic (copied from lunar), and KtextAddons is essentiial in updating that to the 23.04 PIM release.

Sigh & LOL. The source package doesn't exist yet. That is the point of this bug! Ubuntu is the correct thing to report against in this case.
