Incorrect response to mouse pointing

Bug Description

I am using a high resolution screen and have AnyDesk installed. The program icon appears in the right corner of the screen next to the icons for the selected language in the system, network management, sound volume and system shutdown. All icons respond correctly to mouse pointing. Anomaly - clicking on the desktop under the icons in the small space below the top line, results in the appearance of the AnyDesk configuration window. This makes it impossible to click on the icons of other windows whose top right corner is directly below the top bar. For example, you cannot close the program window, minimize it, etc.
