grok.ViewletManager ignores templates

ViewletManagers should accept and render templates. I've attached a patch to the trunk and a functional test.

I suggest that before this patch is applied, my minor refactoring [1]
of the TemplateRegistry is applied first.

I've integrated Philipps refactoring and attach another patch to the trunk, again with the functional test.

I've revised the patch and updated it to the current trunk. It should now apply cleanly (and at the top of the checkout instead of inside the 'grok' package). The viewlet manager is now completely cleaned up and a previously missing test fixture is included.
