Bug Description
Upstream version as of today, 2023-05-23, is 4.8.1.
In the currently packaged version, 3.6.1+ds-2build1, many posts cannot be shown because the version is so old. Telegram then requests an upgrade.
Please upgrade the package if possible. Thank you.
