You have an unsupported DKMS module (8192cu) installed that fails to compile for kernel 6.2 which results in the upgrade failure. Please remove that DKMS and retry the upgrade again.

$ dkms remove 8192cu/1.11 --all

Thank you very much. I removed the package successfully.
The upgrade was an automatic one (at least I think so).

Hope this also fixes the grub error that makes me guess which special ubuntu I need to start at reboot instead of the default one.
