  When trying to upload volume to glance as image and using compression to accelerate,Occasionally, there may be errors in executing the mv command.
  Occasionally, the following error will be reported when using gzip to compress images.
   Command ['mv', '/var/lib/cinder/conversion/vol_upload_tmpln13js_z.gz','/var/lib/cinder/conversion/vol_upload_tmpln13js_z'] execution failed.Failed to rename var/lib/cinder/conversion/vol_upload_tmpln13js_z.gz to /var/lib/cinder/conversion/vol_upload_tmpln13js_z
Reason: mv: cannot stat '/var/lib/cinder/conversion/vol_upload_tmpln13js_z.gz':没有那个文件和目录
   Ultimately, the upload of the volume image failed.
