Autopkgtest failure

Autopkgtests fail:

I was not able to reproduce the failures when running the test locally.

The addresses in the call stack refer to:

0x4c2ae, /usr/include/x86_64-linux-gnu/bits/stdio2.h#79, fprintf , __fprintf_chk is meant to through SIGSEGV for stack overflows

0x128f2, src/freebayes.cpp#673, output to ostream of AlleleParser in main()

How were you running the test locally?

To run autopkgtests locally I use:

sudo apt install autopkgtest qemu-system qemu-utils autodep8
autopkgtest-buildvm-ubuntu-cloud -v --release mantic
autopkgtest -U --apt-pocket=proposed -s <package>.dsc -- qemu autopkgtest-mantic-amd64.img

As mantic images are not available I upgraded a Lunar image.

There are mantic images available now fwiw.

Test 12 ends up crashing for me when I run the test with lbvcflib from -proposed e.g.:

autopkgtest --apt-pocket=proposed=src:libvcflib --apt-upgrade freebayes -- qemu /srv/vms/autopkgtest-mantic-amd64.img
