Bug Description

Hello,

I'm a user of Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS and I have a bug.

I have a Ricoh SP220SNw and I can't use it's scan function.
The printer is using ethernet connection with fixed IP address.

I tried with USB cable but simple-scan doesn't detect it.

When I launch simple-scan the scanner of my printer with ethernet connection is detected.

I have 2 possibilities but no one is working:
- ESCL 220SNw-DB8340 on escl:https://192.168.1.26:443
- eSCL 220SNw-DB8340 on airscan:e0:220SNw-DB8340

When I try to scan I have a message on the printer screen but nothing happens : "Numérisation (ESCL)".
After this the only thing I can do is to unplug the printer of the electricity for few seconds.

How can I help to solve this bug ?
Thanks for your help.

What's on the screen of the printer when I try to scan.
It's stuck on this until I reboot the printer.

I tried with another Linux distribution and the problem is the same. (Fedora 38)
On the Ricoh website we can download a scan driver but only working on old redhat or opensuse versions.

I tried to extract the files and put it on my computer but it's not working.
If it can help to solve this bug.
