Screen tearing when playing video

I'm on ubuntu 23.04, when i'm playing a movie with VLC, or MPV, when there is a fast movement on video the picture blurs and shifts, this bug is only on X11, on waywand everything is ok

this is my system:

before i updated to the new version 23.04, there was no problem on 22.10.

Please log into Xorg again, reproduce the bug and then run:
