Bug Description
Just did a clean install using the latest X13s installer ISO. Installation went fine but after rebooting the display stays black. Booted into multi-user mode, looked around and found that linux-firmware from the concept PPA was not installed but the lunar version instead which doesn't provide the a690 GPU firmware.
Manually installed linux-firmware from the X13s PPA, rebooted and the machine came up fine again.

Also, installed alsa-ucm-conf version is from the archive rather than the X13s PPA.
