Bug Description

Since my upgrade to Ubuntu 23.04 I get annoying popups I've never seen before, especially when waking the computer from suspend, telling me e.g. that my connection to the WiFi network was lost or restored. Although these popups have a "Don't show this message again" button, that button seems to have no effect and I can't figure out how to stop the dialogs from appearing.

I've got the same issue. In my case it's a fresh install (and transfer of the home directory from a previous installation.)

Same issue here as well, fresh install, but it's 23.10 Ubuntu Mate. Shall it be reported separately for mantic ?
