Bug Description
It would be useful to add an action to the ceph-mon charm which displays the output of `ceph health detail`. There are cases where a Ceph cluster must be managed by operators who are unable to ssh to ceph-mon units for various reasons. In such cases, it is currently impossible to get thorough details about the health of the cluster. Adding an action get-health-detail, which behaves very similarly to the current get-health action, would be very useful.
