upgrading from 22.10 to 23.04 arm64 on M2 mac

The problem is that upgrade from 22.04 to 23.04 is not visible via update center, so the trick to bypass is to go to 22.10 and then 23.04, but kernel 6.2 for some reason cannot be installed.
