Bug Description

The new desktop installer no longer asks to turn off BitLocker when the whole disk is erased. The previous content of the disk is irrelevant when it gets completely erased.

Steps 13-24 can be removed: http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/445/builds/276368/testcases/1766/results

If we remove those steps we don't even get to see the bitlocker screen right? We should probably rather update the testcase to select 'install next to another OS' in that case?

Good point, installing alongside a BitLocker partition on a disk that does not have enough unallocated area for Ubuntu would be a nice test case (and probably the most common Windows laptop setup). It would trigger the BitLocker screen asking to reboot into Windows to free up some space.
