Bug Description

In "Appearance", you can click on the "Customize..." button.

There in the "Controls" tab you can select "Redmond".
But in "Window Border" there is no "Redmond" setting. :(

I propose to add a "Redmond" Window Border, to go along with the "Redmond" Controls.

Also, note that the tooltips in the "Redmond" theme on Ubuntu are gray.
They should be yellow.
