Scrolling with the mouse wheel beyond the top or bottom causes gnome-control-center to exit

Bug Description
Attempting to scroll with the scroll wheel beyond the bounds of the content (so, scrolling up when at the top or scrolling down when at the bottom of a list) causes gnome-control-
There do not appear to be any interesting messages when running it from the command line, with --verbose:

gnome-control- center doesn't crash for me when I tried your test case.
Can you reproduce this from the live ISO or from a clean install?
Is there a crash report for this issue in /var/crash/ ?
