Request via email from a package maintainer:
I maintain bs4 in Fedora:

in latest update 4.12.2 tox.ini file is missing in source tarball, also
minversion is set to
https:/
|minversion = 4.4.8 I downgraded that to 3.28.0 without issue, this
helps supporting bs4 on older platforms. Can you please consider to
include tox.ini in next source tarball and set minversion to 3.28.0 or
lower? Thanks in advance.
