[Content Server] Last page not shown by Firefox if short

Hi,

First of all, this only happens with Firefox, not with either Chrome or Fully Kiosk Browser.

On landscape mode, 2-column layout, "tapping scrolls by screen fulls instead of pages" enabled, if the last page is short (shorter than half a page? I'm only guessing here) the page is not shown. If the "tapping scrolls by screen fulls" is unchecked, it is shown.

The reason I can't use Chrome nor Fully Kiosk Browser is I can't make text selection for highlights on this particular device.

I would like to edit that if the last "screen" has only "one page" then it doesn't show.

My work-around

Keep the page-layout in 1-page per screen (0 as value)

Add the css { column-count: 2; column-gap: 2rem; column-fill: auto; } and it works fine.

Except that the width of the popup footnote box is now full width rather than the width of the "page/column" as it was before.

If it can be controlled with the external css (Styles box), please let me know.
