volume_type in share details view

Hi,

I think the volume type can be removed from the share type details API

https://opendev.org/openstack/manila/src/branch/stable/2023.1/manila/api/views/shares.py#L93

It is a left-over from the cinder past.
This requires a new microversion.

I have pushed a fix to remove the `volume_type` from the share details.
However, how do I add the new microversion?
