The changelog contains changes without bug references. There might be reasons to not have public bug reports for specific kernels but there should be at least references in the patches that allow mapping them to requests. There should be examples from the past (see kteam-tools/ cranky/ docs/cranking- the-kernel. md) on how to do that. Generally having "Miscellaneous upstream changes" in a changelog are not acceptable.
