Status of livepatch service is different depending on root / non-root user in output of `pro status`
Bug was confirmed on ubuntu-
Used kernel 5.15.0-67-generic in a lxc image of jammy.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. lxc launch ubuntu: --vm ua_bug

5. reboot
6. sudo pro enable livepatch
