Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The relevant dpkg terminal log says:

pigz: abort: write error on <stdout> (No space left on device)
E: mkinitramfs failure cpio 141 pigz 28

So generating the initramfs fails because your boot partition is full. Please cleanup your boot partition. Feel free to continue to report any other bugs you may find.
