help for `juju grant` should refer to `juju grant-cloud` and vice versa

Bug Description
If you run `juju grant --help` it would be useful to include a reference to `juju grant-cloud` and vice versa, as the two are related (I wasn't aware they were separate commands, and was failing to find the `add-model` permission).
