in the attached screenshot, font names in the 4th row are displayed in a vertical way that is unreadable.

The lunar version shows the same so perhaps it's an issue with the font itself?

I doubt so because the flatpak version of gnome-font-viewer has no problem with the Cantarell font, but has a similar problem with other fonts.
