[needs-packaging] Please add percona-backup-mongodb in ubuntu (version 2.0.x)

Hi,

percona-backup-mongodb is a tool to backup/restore MongoDB (including complex cluster setup).
Data Platform team needs it to provide security support for Charmed MongoDB solution.
