In particular we are interested in having the following postfix parameters be generally configurable by this charm:

smtp_tls_
smtp_sasl_
Alternatively something like a "extra_

Hi,
I've pushed 2 MPs for fixing this bug as it is required for using IS SMTP relays.
Many departments might need to use these options to be able to send emails from their applications.
Could we please get a review and merge soon?
