Thanks for your report, Does that works with another user created on your system? I have a couple of calendar added to my evolution and they work fine, thanks.

Hi.

I'd just to see that evolution 2.22 can works with Google calendar. But in real it doen't. I tried to make a new calendar in evolution and i selected google, put my calendar's name in the fiel, my user accunt on google. Nothing happens. I closed evolution, I lauched it with a terminal and i have this error :

(evolution:16187): calendar-gui-WARNING **: Unable to load the calendar Erreur inconnue

It's the only calendar i asked to show on.
I hope you will fixe that problem because to have google calendar synchronize with evolution it's a very good idea. :)

This is probably redundant with bug 198111 (at least, I see both happening).

And upstream has http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=502900 and http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=512629

No, you can set this as "Invalid" since creating a new user works. The
only problem is that it does not process all google calendar events,
but the original bug is invalid

I also have this problem. The plugin just won't log into my account.
I couldn't understand what is meant here by 'creating a new account' ?

I see this too.
I wonder if it's a duplicate of bug 210090? Can anyone confirm it is?

Haha strange!!! I created a new calendar and it did not ask for any password! can you check what happens if you create a new calendar?

Right-click in left part -> new calendar
Choose Google
Enter your username (the whole thing, including @gmail.com)
Click the "Retrieve List" button
Enter your password in the popup
Choose the calendar you want to use from the dropdown
...

The rest is up to you after that.

Yes, Jaunty

I think the @gmail.com is the part most likely to cause problems.

I'm curious about the part someone mentioned earlier about creating a new
account. Maybe it's something to do with the ~/.evolution?
