Graphic very slow after update (intel gm965)

Since the latest updates, working with and without Compiz on my machine isn't beautiful. The graphic is very slow and not smooth, it's all slowing down. If I browse the web and scroll a little bit, it takes a second to go down on the site. If you open / close a window, you can view every frame.
