Bug Description
When including --force with remove-machine, the output still says that --force is required?
$ juju remove-machine 2
WARNING This command will perform the following actions:
will remove machine 2
will remove machine 2/lxd/0
This will require `--force`
Continue [y/N]? y
ERROR removing machine failed: machine 2 is hosting containers "2/lxd/0"
$ juju remove-machine 2 --force
WARNING This command will perform the following actions:
will remove machine 2
will remove machine 2/lxd/0
This will require `--force`
