Bug Description

I plug my kobo ereader in my Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS, the usb device keeps disconnecting and reconnecting,

OP:
I tried several USB cables and USB ports on my PC, same result.
The ereader is detected and mounted correctly on another machine with ubuntu 16.04.

I changed the kernel and gets the same problem but with different dmesg, I have created issue #2012157. Follow-up there.

Problem was solved in one of the last Ubuntu 22.04 updates (~ august 2023).
