Telegraf install fails because telegraf package is missing

Bug Description

On March 10 the telegraf PPA was missing for a while, causing the telegraf charm to fail. The package is reinstated and the charm is working again.

I'm opening a bug here to track that this happened.

I wanted to reflect in the status that this issue is not relevant anymore. Maybe invalid is a better description, feel free to change it.

The package for 1.25.3 had a regression. After the upgrade, the daemon wasn't restarted.
To prevent auto-upgrades taking all telegrafs down, it was removed from the ppa.
Restoring the previous version (1.25.0) took longer than it should have (but it's now indeed fixed). For future travelers, the way to do it is to self-copy the previous package, which was still present in the ppa (copy packages / this ppa / same series / copy binaries).
