INFO: ltp-pan reported some tests FAIL
LTP Version: 20220527
INFO: Test end time: Mon Mar 6 05:57:10 UTC 2023

I tried to run this manually and yes it can pass with -1020 but not -1021.
With some investigation in LTP, I found this test can pass with this commit upstream
https://github.com/linux-test-project/ltp/commit/9e3702297903eafd70df67a49eddcda4755e262d

So this is not a regression but a test case issue.
