Bug Description

racon previously built successfully on armhf in jammy because libthread-pool-dev was Architecture: all. It is now Architecture: any and fails to build on armhf because of an incompatibility with 32-bit archs. This blocks racon from migrating because it is a regression in architecture coverage.

Debian has dropped 32-bit binaries of racon, so this is an acceptable solution for Debian as well; or we could fix libthread-pool to be 32-bit-compatible by using appropriate integer types.
