Bug Description
After setting up my VPS and installing pacakges like nodejs, pkg-config and some others, I had to install snapd to install certbot.
Whenever I type `snap install certb+tab` which should automatically converted to `snap install certbot` nothing happens.
The `snap` completion file is properly located on the `/usr/share/
Weirdly it seems to work properly on my desktop but not my VPS.

I tested this on 20.04 LTS server where I had no snapd installed initially, and can confirm the issue in this (different, due to 20.04 LTS) setup.
I installed snapd using apt. I could then immediately complete "snap inst<tab>" to "snap install", but I cannot complete "snap install certb<tab>" to "snap install certbot". Nothing visually changes when pressing tab there.
