Ubuntu 22.04.2 Update GNOME-Software fails

I have currently some updates on the Ubuntu Store, but i can't install them, the Ubuntu Store results

Prepared update not found: /var/lib/PackageKit/prepared-update

If i run

# sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

I get this (sorry german only):

and yes, indeed, this file /var/lib/PackageKit/prepared-update really don't exists but why?

I have also tried to stop the gnome-software and restart, in this case the Ubuntu Store fetch the data new, but this also do not help - the same updates come up but i can't install them.

And i have little investigated this error, and i found out, that Red Hat had in 2021 a similar issue

sorry, please ignore this BUG here, i don't know why but now i was able to download the updates and install it successfully.

the problem solved itself by unknown reason. Unfortunately i can't close or delete this bug.

Same issue on Xubuntu 22.04.3 LTS (my tower computer). The problem seems related to bug #1900167. I have fix it by doing from terminal : 'sudo apt update && upgrade'.
