deskbar-applet crashed with AttributeError in query()

what i did:
-klick the deskbar applet
-enter searchword
-klicked search with tracker
-tracker results showed up
-i clicked on one of the pdfs shown
-then the crash report came up

the bug should be fixed in hardy, feel free to reopen if you still get the issue though
