White window when opening

Bug Description
Ubuntu 22.04 Unity, SoundConverter 4.0.3. When I open SC, I have no icons, no menu, only a white blank window.
No info, in the terminal, only something about a package which seems to be installed:
$ soundconverter
ERROR: Disabling aac-enc output. Do you have "gst-plugins-bad" installed?
