No KScreen backend found

I am using KDE on Ubuntu 23.04 Lunar. In system settings "Display and Monitor" the kscreen plugin is not shown instead I get a warning message "No KScreen backend found. Please check your KScreen installation."

Scaling of applications like Chrome and Firefox for my 4k screen fails.

I think this is a packaging error in kubuntu because the kscreen version is old in my install:

# apt install kscreen

kscreen set to manually installed.

It says version 5.26.5 but it probably should be 5.27.0

This is because some parts of 5/27 have not migrated from the proposed to release pocket yet. It will resolve when the issues blocking it clear (e.g. new ICU version in proposed with failing tests)

The last update of KScreen package on Kubuntu 23.04 has resolved this bug.

After installing Kubuntu 23.04,I end up with the same problem although my version of KScreen is 5.27.4.
