Permission Group Editor Should Label Depth Setting

Bug Description

Evergreen 3.9+
When editing permission groups the Depth that a permission is applied is only displayed as an integer; usually 0, 1, 2, or 3. It would be easier for users to understand the breadth of the permission depth if instead the org_unit_type name corresponding to the depth were used.
