Bug Description

Problem:
FDMI tests failing due to supported speed not showing as 64g.

Release:
OS Type : Linux - Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS x86_64
OS Version : 5.15.0-58-generic
HBA Model : SN1700Q
HBA Description : HPE SN1700Q 64Gb 2p FC HBA
HBA ID : 0-SN1700Q
Chip Model Name : ISP2812-based 64/32G Fibre Channel to PCIe Controller
Driver Version : 10.02.06.200-k

Steps to Reproduce:

root@ubuntu22000401:~/Medusa_7_6_0_223906/linux-x86# cat /sys/class/fc_host/host0/supported_speeds
16 Gbit, 32 Gbit, 100 Gbit
root@ubuntu22000401:~/Medusa_7_6_0_223906/linux-x86# cat /sys/class/fc_host/host2/supported_speeds
16 Gbit, 32 Gbit, 100 Gbit

Actual Result:
In sys class supported speed is showing wrongly as 100g

Expected Result:
sys class supported speed should show 64G

    Corrected transmission speed mask values for FC.

    Supported Speed: 16 32 20 Gb/s ===> Should be 64 instead of 20
