Bug Description

The function dns_has_local() i /usr/lib/avahi/avahi-daemon-check-dns.sh always returns 1 when FAKE_HOST_RETURN is not set.

I'm using avahi-daemon 0.6.20-2ubuntu3.2 on Gutsy.
