Improve titles for IVPOExport and IVPOTExport interfaces

Bug Description

Both interfaces use titles like: title=u"See `IPOTMsgSet`.sourcecomment", instead, we should use proper titles.

This seems to be already fixed for IVPOExport.

AFAICT IVPOExport and IVPOTExport are no longer really needed. See bugs 406535, 406540.

Since the proper clean up is what bug 406535 and bug 406540 describe, I am dropping this one.
