Sina video webpage can't open and a video plugin only supported in IE

In current image, when type http://video.sina.com.cn/ in address bar and then hit enter,we can't open this page at all.This issue occurs on all firefox versions including firefox windows version,so this may be the Sina render issue.There is also a page http://video.sina.com.cn/tv/index.shtml ,which shows that "Please use Microsoft Internet Explorer",so we can't install the video plugin and can't see the video either.

Reproduce steps:

(1) Launch midbrowser
(2) Visit the webpage http://video.sina.com.cn/
(3) Visit the webpage http://video.sina.com.cn/tv/index.shtml

Current result:
----------------
Sina video webpage can't open and a plugin can't be installed.

Expected result:
----------------
Sina video webpage should display well and the plugin should be installed successfully.

Sina video page can be opened, but Sina TV page, the plugin cannot be installed, because it requires an IE-only plugin for windows.
