xfce4-display-settings intermittent transparent/missing Confirmation dialog

This bug is the same as # 1665659 in Red Hat Bugzilla (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1665659).

The confirmation dialog box of xfce4-display-settings is regularly either missing, or with a missing/transparent content (= no confirm button)! This means the display change needs up to 5 times a try before success.
