Bug Description

One of our partner found:
   miscellanea/cpuid: Unable to determine CPU Family for this CPUID: 0x806f6

For below newly Intel Xeon 8490H cpu
   https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/231747/intel-xeon-platinum-8490h-processor-112-5m-cache-1-90-ghz.html

For the similar case last time, I remembered that the cpuid database need to be updated.
