Bug Description

Please help to backport the following fix for GuC/HuC loading and eventually fixing a gstreamer issue on EHL/ICL.

Please also add the linux commandline parameter i915.enable_guc=2 for the Ubuntu 20.04 IOTG Optimized LTS Image for enabling GuC/HuC loading.
